Project Description

The main characteristics of the Rokon convection rotary ovens uniform distribution of the heat, its work with electric high efficiency and the regular circulation of the air in its interior, thanks to the advanzed heat exchangers.

The combustion camera is made of high quality stainless steel, that is heat resistant. Its system of tube and plate of double conduction produces high level vapour and each one of the decks have the vapour that it needs.

It is possible to load recipies previously prepared in the control panel by a USB memory. It is also possible that our clients bake in 4 different phases with the help of the process control system that is aviable with the oven.
